PBX220 connects VX IPPBX in the same LAN

We assume that PBX220 and VX IPPBX are in the same network, and the related information is like this:

 22

The function we will realize is like this:

1. the extension of VX IPPBX can call the extension of PBX220 each other;

2. when the extension of VX IPPBX dials the number 57+any number, the call will call out through the trunk of PBX220, similarly, when the extension of PBX220 dials the number 56+number, the call will call out through the trunk of VX IPPBX.

The related steps are as follows:

Firstly let us the VX IPPBX.

please go to multi-site, and input the related information.

Here it means when the extension of VX IPPBX dial the number 8xxx and any number starting with 57, which will go to PBX220 directly.

When VX IPPBX receives the number 7xxx, it will meet with the extension of VX IPPBX; when VX IPPBX receives the number starting with 56, 56 will be deleted firstly and then it will go out through the first dialing rule, so we can set the dialing rule like this:

3

when VX IPPBX receives the number 56+123456 from PBX220, VX IPPBX will delete 56, and 123456 will go out through the FXO of VX IPPBX directly.

Secondly, let us set the PBX220.

 1. Let create one sip trunk, which is used to connect the VX IPPBX, please go to PBX General->Add New Provider->SIP Direct, and input the related information like this:

 1

2. create the outbound route(Advanced->Outbound routes), and realize the function like this:

 2

when the extension of PBX220 dial the number srarting with 7 with 4 digits, the call will go to the trunk VX.

3

when the extension of PBX220 dails the number starting with 56, the call will go to the trunk VX.

3. let us create the inbound route(Advanced->Inbound routes).

4

When PBX220 receives the number starting with 57 from VX IPPBX, 57 will be deleted firstly, and the call will go out through the trunk VOIP.
